Refund policy — 30 days, no questions

Within 30 days of your purchase you can get a full refund. No questions about whether you “used it enough,” no hoops. If it didn't give you clarity, you get your money back.

There is exactly one required step: a short exit survey — one multiple-choice question and an optional comment. We ask because every refund reason directly shapes how the methodology improves. It is not a retention trap; answering it is what starts your refund.

One honest thing to know: the methodology's ongoing value — future revisions, agent updates, anything that would have reached you during your 12-month Founder window — stops when you refund. You keep nothing frozen and you owe nothing further; you simply step out of the engine.
